Cagbalete Island is a paradise in Quezon province. It is located in Mauban, Quezon along Lamon Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
I’ ve been there twice last year… and planning to go back this year…
How to get there:
From Buendia or Alabang, catch a bus (P210.00) bound to Lucena. From Lucena Grand Terminal catch a mini-bus bound to Mauban (P50.00). (1 st trip 5:30am, last trip 6:00pm).
You can tell the driver to drop you off near the Mauban Port. The schedule of ferry (P40:00) trips are 10:00am and 4:00pm only. The drop off point is in Sabang. From there, get ready for a 15-minute trek to Villa Cleofas (where we stayed). Sometimes they drop off the passengers directly in Villa Cleofas.
